Calgary townhouse data methodology

CalgaryTownhouses publishes aggregates only. We combine public/permissioned CREB® MLS® extracts with City of Calgary community profiles to produce medians, ranges, and distributions. Per-row close prices, MLS® numbers, addresses, and agent identifiers are never published. Cells with N<5 are suppressed. Current pricing on any specific listing requires authorized data and a licensed advisor.

Primary sources are the CREB® June 2026 release, the June 2026 monthly stats package, and City of Calgary community profiles.

Frequently asked

Do you publish individual sold prices?

No. This site publishes only aggregate statistics — medians, ranges, percentiles, and distributions. Per-row close prices are removed at build time.

What is your suppression threshold?

Cells and rollups with fewer than 5 observations are suppressed and labelled “Insufficient data.” Community rollups with fewer than 3 listings are excluded entirely.

How current is the data?

The site refreshes as a static build; the last-updated window is shown in the footer. For live MLS® listings, work with a licensed REALTOR®.
